Personal assessment
Cost
KEY:
Couldn't have asked for more.
Pretty good.
Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.
Disappointing.
Facilities
Location
Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Because the rooms at the campus are too little and not well equiped
Personal comments:
it is a very nice and big campus, but 20 min away from the center with the tram.

Amazing! Hardly had time to study.
Plenty to do when I had the time.
So-so.

Overall
Describe host city: Students interact with the local community without much university involvement
Activities, Nightlife, Travel: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal comments:
Le Flambeau - great food!, Internet cafe in the Rue Bayard - super-cosy!! Go hiking in the mountains, you will miss out a lot if you won't go!

Disappointing.
Variety of courses
Availability/access to resources
Interaction with teachers
Interaction with other international students

Course recommendations:
I studied in the UPMF "fac" of economic sciences. I do think ESA has more resources but no more quality, specially my seminar was outstanding (gorgeous)

My opinion of the university assessment

KEY:
Liked it.
It was alright.
A bit annoying.
Didn't like it.
Exams throughout the course
Essays and/or projects at the end of course.
Essays and/or projects throughout the course
Overall
Personal comments:
I would like to comment about the non-stop essay production during the course.Lot of work each week, specially preparing the "memoire", giving speaches and introducing firms.Really dynamic.

Overall
Language of instruction: French
Was learning French a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my French
How much did you improve your French?
My level before: Basic phrases
My level after: At ease in most situations
Personal comments:
i believed i had a slight bit of competence in speaking french but when i got to Grenoble i found that that was not the case. But after 3 months i could have an interesting conversation with any french person. Its a shame i only had 3 months there cos i only started getting confidence ion speaking the language in the last month. I wonder how my french would be after 6 months.
