Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? The location was ideal.
Personal comments:
The location was ideal and I had a single room to myself. However I lived with 11 people and we only had two bathrooms between us all.

Overall
Describe host city: Student life dominates the city
Activities: Takes place mostly within the university/student environment
Nightlife, Travel: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal comments:
The cocktailbar which is in the town centre is for me the best one but it's very expensive. The carnival which takes place in the beginning of march is really outstanding.

A good option when travelling by train is to buy a "wochenende ticket"/ "Weekend Ticket" . It is valid only on one day (Friday/Saturday or Sunday) for up to 5 passengers and costs about 32 Euro.
