1. Prepare and update management reports to monitor performance and key results. 2. Support the governance and tracking of KPIs within the team. 3. Map operational routines and assist in identifying process improvement opportunities. 4. Provide analytical and strategic support to internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration;English proficiency required. 2. No prior professional experience required - we are looking for high-potential early-career talent. 3. Nice to have knowledge of data analysis and programming tools, , SQL, and Python. 4. Ability to adapt and navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong communication skills: Ability to interact clearly and effectively with different teams and stakeholders. 6.
