English Language Internship France

Job Description:

CapEnglish is an dynamic, fast-growing company that has been specialising, for over 10 yrs, in providing English teachers to schools all around France. 

In particular our Language Assistant programme is designed for young, English speakers with an interest in French culture and also working with young kids or someone who is simply looking to gain international work experience .

Our LA programme/internship offers:

• 3-6 month fixed term contract (internship) – Oct/Nov start every year, some flexibility
• live-in accommodation (with a vetted host family), own room
• local airport transfers to their host family on the day of arrival
• free meals (both with family and at school)
• monthly salary of 630€ brut
• international work experience, teaching English in a pre-primary or primary school, 20hrs per week
• integration into French culture (easiest way to improve/learn French)
• completion certificate

Our next intake is in Oct/Nov 2023 in Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse and Nimes.

Candidate Requirements:

For us the most important elements are:
• Enjoys working with young kids and integrating into different cultural environments
• English as a FIRST language
• Desire to improve French and gain international work experience
• Team player with excellent communication skills and an adaptable attitude
• Basic French is preferred but not essential
• You must be eligible to work in France for the 6 month intern.  Candidates from Non-EU countries will have to apply for a short stay (3 months) or long stay (6 months) visa
