The Demand Planning Intern will be part of the Supply Chain function, supporting the Demand Planning and Operations team in data management, reporting, inventory monitoring, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. This role offers hands-on exposure to FMCG supply chain operations, demand planning processes, inventory management, and collaboration across various business functions.

Main responsibilities:

* Assist in preparing and updating supply chain, inventory, and demand planning reports.
* Support inventory monitoring by tracking stock availability, stock movements, aging inventory, and stock transfers.
* Consolidate, maintain, and validate sales, inventory, and operational data to ensure data accuracy.
* Update planning trackers, dashboards, master data files, and related documentation.
* Support coordination and follow-up with cross-functional teams on routine operational and supply chain matters.
* Assist in product listing activities, audits, business reviews, and other reporting requirements.
* Support ad-hoc analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and projects assigned by the Supply Chain team.

Requirements
 
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Actuarial, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
* Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
