The Industrialization Engineer is the responsible for increasing the industrial capacity and maturity of the organization by leading and supporting new operational methods required for engine maintenance, strengthening processes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement actions for existing methods: As trainee for the Methods Repairs area, you will provide support with the activities that are performed as part of this position.

Main responsibilities:
* Support in the reception, registration, and tracking of tools within the area.
* Assist in the validation of local tools for their proper introduction in production processes.
* Support in internal campaigns to contributing to the decrease of requests to our area.
* Assist in transfer of industrializations from our current shop, the new one.

Required Technical Competencies:
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel macros development.
* Fluid level of English.
* Basic knowledge of mechanical principles.
* Basic knowledge of turbo fan engines.
* Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

Participate in industrialization feasibility tests and first article development for industrialization validation.
* Support in the creation and updating of Consumable Products.
* Assist in activities related to the delivery of a new area to perform repairs in our new Shop building.
* Provide support and technical assistance on the shop floor.
