Internship - CS UIR RPM team - Hsinchu

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
* Provide office support to the UIR project team, with a primary focus on UIR OE initiatives.
* Support SCM quality data checking, validation, and ongoing digital tooling maintenance.
* Review and analyze SCM quality data and results, with particular emphasis on QTS quality performance, and prepare regular reports.
* Work closely with UIR RPM stakeholders to deliver timely data analysis feedback on a weekly basis.
* Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of ONE UIR digital tooling, ensuring data accuracy and usability for daily operations.

* This role is expected to leverage digital and automation tools to improve visibility and efficiency of existing databases and daily UIR operations, including but not limited to:
- Power BI
- Python
- Excel VBA
- Power Automate

Required Skills & Competencies
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Capable of developing or maintaining automation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate).
* Able to prioritize tasks, structure daily operations, plan ahead, and meet deadlines.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Demonstrates a learning mindset, actively developing skills based on experience and feedback.
* A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
