Job Description:
The Technical Systems Engineer III provides advanced technical support for complex and non-recurring IT issues, as well as business-driven projects. This role is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, ensuring system availability, and supporting operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents and business-driven IT projects.
* Design and implement technical solutions related to access control, security systems, telephony, and other IT services.
* Deliver onsite support to resolve employee technical issues when required.
* Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement and manage IT solutions.
* Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, including inventory, monitoring, and failure detection.
* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
* Support system availability and contribute to business continuity.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT operations.
* Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
* College diploma in Information Technology or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
* Proven experience in IT support, handling complex and escalated technical issues.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience designing and implementing technical solutions (e.g., access control, security systems, telephony).
* Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
* Experience managing IT asset lifecycle (inventory, monitoring, and failure management).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Language Skills:
* Advanced English proficiency required.
* French and/or Spanish preferred.

Salary: To be agreed
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
