Missions

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Brasil as an Investment Banking Analyst. You will be part of the Global Investment Banking (GIB) division which advises clients in context of Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets transactions and specialized financing.

Your concrete missions will be the following :
* Search for information about industry and companies
* Prepare industry overviews, sector overview and company profiles including description, shareholders, financial highlights, recent developments, etc.
* Perform comparable analysis: trading and transaction multiples.
* Contribute to pitch books
* Support of execution teams: create and maintain deal information log and meeting minutes, assist in due diligence activities (e.g. preparation of data room), arrange and prepare materials for client meetings
* Support in financial modeling (discounted cash flows, dividends discount model, transaction and precedent transaction multiples, merger models, LBO models)

To be eligible for a VIE :
* Be less than 29 years old ;
* Be postgraduate of a Master degree ;
* Be EU citizen (excluding Franco-Brazilian dual citizenship)

You are postgraduate of an University, an Engineer School or a Business School with a Master Degree in Finance.

0 - 2 ans

Expérience

A first experience in Investment Banking (M&A, ECM) is much appreciated.

Compétences recherchées

Hard Skills:
* Accounting and financial analysis ;
* Knowledge in financial modelling and valuation;
* Microsoft Office Pack ;
* Fluent in French, English ;
* Good knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.

Soft Skills:
* Ability to multitask and work in team ;
* Excellent communications skills ;
* Curiosity and willingness to learn;
* Capacity to adapt to a foreign country
