Business: CIB Tech COO & Management Job ID：45262 Principal responsibilities * Assist in the coordination of various central projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams. * Support the business managers by maintaining project documentation, reports, etc. * Help in the tracking and reporting of project progress, identifying any potential obstacles and providing solutions. * Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and feedback for ongoing projects. * Facilitate logistics for the visit of HSBC Global or senior personnel, and arrange catering and onsite setup as needed. * Schedule, organize and participate in meetings, prepare summaries of discussions and action items, manage reminders with prioritizes.
