We are looking for an ambitious Student Analyst to join our Expert team!

Our Copenhagen office has a 25 person staff and we keep growing. Now we want to strengthen our strong student team with an ambitious Student Analyst. We have long and good experience from working with high potential students, and you will be an important part of our professional team.

What we offer:

· A student position of approximately 15/20 hours per week (preferably two to three working days)
· Mentoring with one of our senior experts

Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Work side-by-side with consultants and analysts as part of the team delivering executive search projects end-to-end
· Find and map potential candidates systematically, then validate roles, backgrounds, and contact details with a sharp eye for accuracy
· Ensuring relevant information is up to date and captured effectively in our internal database
· Stay on top of what's happening in the market, tracking company news, leadership moves, and trends that matter to our clients
· Support our ongoing improvement of data quality and AI-enabled workflows (e.g., testing new tools, suggesting better ways of working)

You should have the following qualifications:
· Studying for a bachelor's or master's degree within a relevant field, e.g. Business or Social Sciences. Preferably with at least two year left of your studies
· Prior experience from an office environment (e.g., student job, internship, or similar), and you are comfortable working with deadlines, stakeholders, and confidential information
· Intellectually curious, proactive, and a 'can-do' attitude
· Analytical mind-set and detail-orientation when processing large amounts of data
· Able to structure, synthesize, and present information clearly
· Strong sense of ownership, consistently meeting internal and external deadlines
· Efficient at handling and prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time
· Preferably fluent in English & Danish
