* Gather project and workload data from Engineering Centre Leaders and global stakeholders
* Input, update, and maintain data in resource planning and capacity management systems
* Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across disciplines
* Support preparation of reports and dashboards on resource availability and workload distribution
* Identify discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement of data collection processes

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Degree in Engineering with a basic understanding of technical environments
* Experience with data handling is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and validation
* Comfortable with spreadsheets, digital tools, and basic data analysis or reporting
* Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional, multi-location teams
* Fluency in English
