We're scaling our outbound engine in Barcelona. The base is there. Now it's about raising the level and setting a real pace.
This is not a "manage from distance" role. You lead from the front.
🚀 What You'll Do
* Lead, coach, and push a team of SDRs on outbound pipeline
* Stay hands-on: cold calls, messaging, sequences, objections
* Build pipeline and drive daily execution
* Define territory, accounts, and outbound approach
* Spot gaps fast and fix them
* Work closely with Head of Sales to scale the team
* Set the standard on intensity and output
You're in the trenches. Driving, not observing.
🧠 Who This Is For
* Outbound sales experience + some leadership exposure
* Strong in cold calling, sequences, objection handling
* French fluent + English solid
* Hands-on, numbers-driven, ownership mindset
