HUGO BOSS is looking for a Sales Associate for its BOSS Orange Womenswear Shop in Shop, located in Alcalá de Henares, Avenida Juan Carlos I s/n, 28806 Alcalá de Henares.
* 16 hours per week.
* Friday afternoon, Saturday afternoon, and Thursday or Monday afternoon, from 12:00 to 20:00 (with a one-hour break).
* Permanent contract.
* Previous experience in premium retail as a Sales Associate (luxury experience is a plus).
* Previous experience working in Shop in Shop (ECI).
* High level of English.
* Immediate start.

What you can expect:

Provide an excellent level of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
*
Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve both store and individual sales targets, as well as KPI indicators.
*
Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions.
*
Be able to answer inquiries regarding prices, location, features, benefits, and the use of HUGO BOSS products.
*
Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
*
Optimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customer attention to items in order to maximize sales opportunities.
Your profile:

*
Proven experience in retail sales within a premium or luxury brand environment.
*
Experience working at ECI (El Corte Inglés) as a Sales Associate.
*
Experience in the womenswear department.
*
Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to visual merchandising (VM).
*
Ability to adapt and willingness to take on new challenges.
*
Ability to successfully manage multiple competing demands and priorities.
*
Consistently maintains professionalism in all circumstances.
*
Fluent English.
