CONTEXT
As part of Global Technology, Global Support Functions Applications (GSFA) aims to act as the trusted technology partner to the Finance, HR, and legal Departments. Its mission is to support and accelerate the transformation, modernization and standardization of their business processes and systems.
Key Missions of the GSFA Department:
* Deploy the systems selected by the business partners, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
* Maintain, enhance, and continuously improve existing applications to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
* Own and safeguard the defined core models, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.
GSFA has a RUN direction, in which there is the Accounting and Operations Run Team that has the responsibility of Production delivery, support and enhancements for ERP Oracle ebusiness suite (called SAXO), and others applications (Basware, Jenji, GoAnywhere etc.)
* ORACLE eBusiness Suite R12.2.5 (upgrade to 12.2.14 ongoing) includes the AP, AR, FA, GL, bank reconciliation (Elsy RB). The application is deployed in 24 countries (Asia, Hispanic Americas and Europe), in more than 110 operational entities and with around 1000 users. The infrastructure of the application is on the Oracle Could Infrastructure (OCI)
SAXO is a business-critical application in charge of the payment operations for Edenred external stakeholders (clients, merchants).
In this context, the ERP Run team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical ERP Oracle professional to oversee our ERP Oracle ebusiness suite.
The Technical expert will report to the ERP Run Manager in the Technology direction.
YOUR ROLE
Edenred is looking for a senior Oracle E-Business Suite technical expert to design, supervise development, support and optimize customizations, integrations and technical solutions across the EBS landscape. The position is open to secure delivery in PROD, and the ERP run. The role will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver extensions, interfaces, reports, programs and performance tuning for Oracle EBS (R12.2), ensuring robust, maintainable and secure implementations.
You will contribute to quality and efficient delivery service, and to the technical maintenance of the Finance applications & product assigned to the team.
You will be in contact with functional and technical teams (internal, external, and partner) at both corporate and country levels.
Your missions:
* Provide technical support to the team through your technical expertise and solution knowledge (impact analysis, solutions…)
* Provide oversight of major production incidents: during the event and afterward until the incident is finally resolved. Provide on-call/production support as needed and coordinate incident resolution with stakeholders.
* Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of SQL/PLSQL, Forms, Reports and concurrent managers; coordinate with DBA/Infra teams on database and application-tier issues.
* Coordinate with the team on schedules, risks, quotations and priorities.
* Ensure service continuity (backups during leave, on-call duties, recovery of specific skills, etc.)
* Participate in the coordination with Oracle (EBS patching, cloning, environment refreshes, regression testing, pentests etc.)
* If needed, author technical specifications, unit and integration test plans, deployment procedures and technical documentation; enforce coding standards and best practices.
Here are some examples of your tasks:
* Ensure that internal development standards are well understood and adhered to; provide explanation and support for better understanding and usage.
* Evolve internal development standards if necessary.
* Ensure that deliverables related to development are created and maintained (technical specifications, test sheets, software configuration).
* Supervise quality of developments outsourced
* Propose actions to continuously improve the level of quality and ensure delivery security.
* Ensure that delivery-related procedures are properly followed
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous efficiency and quality in both domains and take corrective actions if necessary.
* Evolve procedures and KPIs as needed.
You will also be responsible for managing occasional initiatives, which include:
* Assessing technical workloads. Estimating developments identified within the deployment framework, potentially drafting technical specifications.
* Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all technical tasks from the technical design phase to post Go Live support.
* Ensuring the technical solution to be developed is reliable.
* Conducting technical tests.
* Providing support to the business project team during acceptance testing phases.
Reporting to the project manager/business analyst on deployment projects and to the Tech Delivery Manager (schedule, remaining tasks, alerts).
YOUR PROFILE
Profile: Technical consultant on Oracle E-Business Suite, you identify with the following description:
MUST :
* Proven experience with EBS (minimum 10+ years), financials modules, in its R12 version.
* Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development and support
* Master in practice of several development tools related to the ERP such as Forms, Report, Unix, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAFramework, Web services, AME, Interfaces (File, REST API, etc.).
* Possess a strong affinity for quality and adherence to procedures that you are willing to share.
* Proven experience on Oracle best practices.
* Could write technical documents and procedures.
* Strong debugging, performance tuning and root-cause analysis skills.
NICE TO :
* Appreciate some knowledge as a Oracle eBusiness Suite Database Administrator having skills to improve performance
* Knowledge of ETL Technology as of GoAnywhere, Azure Data Factory skills will be appreciated
* Knowledge on ITIL processes
* Familiar with the technical environment of the application: the standard operation and data model of several Finance suite modules, as well as technical setup.
* Proven experience on Oracle best practices.
* Create schedules and ensure the monitoring of defined workloads and tasks.
Languages required: professional English and French (written and oral). Spanish and/or Portuguese will be appreciated.
