About the Role
At Talent Attraction & Sourcing (TAS) in Deutsche Telekom, we are transforming the way Telekom attracts, engages, and hires talent worldwide. As a Software Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technical foundation of our global HR products and digital platforms. Working closely with Senior Software Architect, Product Managers, Software Developers, UX Designers, and Data Analysts, you will design scalable solutions that deliver outstanding user experiences and enable continuous innovation across the entire product lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
* Define and evolve the architecture of software solutions, platforms, and integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
* Guide product teams from solution design through implementation and launch, ensuring technical decisions aligned with architectural principles and business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with Senior Software Architect, Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
* Create and maintain architecture documentation, establish technical standards, and drive the continuous optimization and harmonization of solution designs.
* Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends, providing technical guidance and contributing to cross-functional projects and architecture initiatives

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Engineer with strong architectural responsibilities.
* Strong understanding of modern software architectures, cloud technologies, APIs, integration patterns, and scalable application design.
* Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams and supporting products throughout their entire lifecycle.
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
* Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and building digital products that create measurable value for customers and users.
* Fluent in English
