Linguistic QA Specialist with Danish

You’ll test software, documentation and hardware for some of the world’s best-known consumer electronics brands, making sure everything reads naturally and works properly for users. We provide full training, so you don’t need previous localisation experience.

What we offer
* €42,000 per annum, paid monthly for the 6-month contract
* Flights to Cork and a fully paid return trip to your home country

* Intensive training, previous localisation experience is desirable, not essential
What you’ll do
* Test software, printed documents, help content and hardware for language, cultural and functional issues
* Log clear, useful bug reports in our internal tools and follow each issue through to resolution
* Analyse international functionality problems, such as date formats, text truncation and character handling
* Work with QA centres, engineers, translators and project managers around the world
* Depending on experience, help design test plans and automate tests (Swift, Objective-C, Python or Ruby)

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You’ll be a great fit if you
* Have native-level fluency in the language required and a strong understanding of its linguistics
* Have sharp attention to detail and enjoy breaking software to make it better
* Communicate clearly and work well in a team
* Stay organised across multiple projects and deadlines
* Have experience in software localisation or internationalisation (a plus)
About the role
6-month contract with possible extension. Fully onsite, 5 days a week, in Cork.
