Account Manager, Cross Industry

As an Account Manager in our Cross Industry Team, looking after our clients both engaged and greenfield, driving revenue growth and AI adoption. You will serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, developing deep understanding of their business objectives and crafting solutions that deliver measurable results.

You will define account strategies where no playbook exists, establish executive-level relevance with C-level and orchestrate cross-functional teams (Solutions Architecture, ProServe, Partners, Specialist) around a unified customer vision. Your daily work demands navigating ambiguity without guardrails, managing long sales cycles with uncertain outcomes, and making strategic trade-offs between near-term pipeline and long-term positioning.

Key job responsibilities

- Develop and execute account strategies that drive AWS adoption and consumption within clients, focusing on delivering business outcomes
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with advertising industry clients to understand their business objectives and cloud transformation goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Product), ISVs, and technology partners to develop customized AWS solutions that meet client needs
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Stay current on cloud technology trends, competitive landscape, and AWS service developments to provide strategic guidance to clients
- Lead client presentations and business reviews that demonstrate the value and ROI of AWS solutions

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- Bachelor's degree, or experience in an industry role
- Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- MBA, or Advanced degree
