About the job

Join our Nordics & Baltics Health Nutrition Finance team as a Junior Business Controller, where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights that support strategic decision making.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior finance colleagues and commercial teams to contribute to forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, while developing your technical and analytical skills. You'll also have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of business performance drivers and enhance financial processes and tools.

Job Responsibilities

* Support monthly in forecasting and processes through data preparation, analysis, and validation

* Monthly Topline closing by preparing and checking data across ERP and BI systems

* Prepare regular performance analyses for Commercial and Marketing teams, including product, channel, and KPI reviews

* Present to local team meetings financials about performance and key insights

* Maintain and help develop Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and usability

* Run ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting tasks with high accuracy and timely delivery

* Communicate with local teams to clarify data, align assumptions, and ensure consistent reporting

* Follow internal controls and financial procedures, flagging issues or improvement opportunities

About You 

* Higher education in Finance/Economics 

* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across markets 

* Proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn 

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

* Solid Excel skills 

* Basic understanding of P&L 

* Accurate, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines
