The Position
The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives in Pharma (The Lab), Diagnostics & Diabetes Care and Group Communications.
The Lab is Roche's global Pharma in-house content factory covering EMEA, LATAM, APAC, CEETRIS and Middle East regions. It is designed to guide and support affiliates across the full end-to-end digital campaign content process. From planning and creation to measurement and optimisation (e.g.: omnichannel campaigns or stand-alone assets, such as 1:many email campaigns, websites, eDetailers, interactive pdfs).
As Digital Content & Services Lead, you play a pivotal role in the fulfillment of T he Lab's long-term outcomes. This role works closely with the affiliate teams as our internal clients and with other partners to ensure an excellent service experience.
The Opportunity:
* Overseeing the seamless operation and alignment of The Lab's digital content creation processes and contributing to their evolution.
* Ensuring affiliates adoption of The Lab's Digital Content and Services and continuously improving the service-engagement layer operating model of your assigned region.
* Supervising the operation of the affiliate-facing engagement teams (internal client management) in the assigned region(s) and partnering with internal and external production and creative teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
* Responsible for supporting service delivery, proposing process enhancements while monitoring Roche's content KPIs at the affiliate and disease area level.
* Cross-regional collaboration and knowledge sharing with other regional Service Leads as well as People Managers to ensure adoption of processes and enhancements on a global level, keeping long-term outcomes in mind.
* Understanding technology tools and platforms which support the digital content creation ecosystem (monday.com, Workfront, Veeva Vault PromoMats etc.), digital channels and audience segmentation.
Who you are:
* You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a business or a quantitative field and 8-10 years of digital marketing management experience, preferably inclusive of both healthcare and consumer goods industry experience.
* You understand digital marketing processes on a strategic as well as operational level and have a deep knowledge of digital content.
* You have demonstrated success in designing and executing digital process enhancements and you have proven experience managing multiple long-lasting strategic projects simultaneously.
* You understand and own a customer centric mindset: Go above and beyond to provide excellent service to your customers, anticipating their needs and providing tailor-made solutions. You are consistently focusing on the end-to-end user experience to deliver cohesive, and efficient solutions.
* You excel at managing high-level stakeholders and providing outstanding support and you have excellent cross-functional team management and influencing skills.
* You have experience in project management systems (monday.com/trello/airtable, Veeva Vault PromoMats) with a readiness to learn new systems as needed.

Salary starts from 3200 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
