Fragrance Development Coordinator, Singapore (1-Year Contract)

As a Fragrance Development Coordinator, you will be at the heart of new product launches for the region, from receiving fresh samples and coordinating sample preparation, evaluation and cataloging while supporting key client projects and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will also play a vital role in helping orchestrate affiliate and client visits that bring the wider fragrance story together. It is a role for someone who thrives on variety, loves the details and wants a front-row seat to how scent comes to market.

The Position:

* Lead and consolidate new product launches across the region in partnership with marketing team, including receiving products from commercial and counterparts, preparing labelled decant samples and placing market samples in the compactor while updating the reference catalogue.
* Organize weekly smelling sessions for new products received in the prior week
* Support application and oil sample requests for client project submissions and Category Fragrance Development Manager
* Support benchmark ordering for projects
* Support backyard and BU tests including coordinating sample preparation and logistics and organizing data for export markets as required
* Support planning and organizing for affiliate or client visits
* Liaise with Fragrance Development Manager interns on workshop and client meeting preparation
* Maintain stocks of evaluation tools and equipment, placing orders as needed
* Provide logistics support for Key Global Accounts as required
* Manage receipt of shipments from affiliates
* Service evaluation facilities and maintain printers and other team equipment.
* Order office supplies for pantry and stationery
* Coordinate team lunches and other interactive occasions
* Provide support during client or management visits to the office

The Ideal Candidate:

* Diploma or above, with a genuine passion for the world of fragrance
* A collaborative spirit, enjoy working with diverse teams and building strong relationships across the board
* Great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with people at every level
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to go extra mile
