Hybrid work for Lviv region candidates, remote for other Ukrainian locations

With you we will:

* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues

* Deliver corporate software support and troubleshoot user issues

* Resolve technical problems with network infrastructure and related systems

* Prepare technical documentation and user instructions according to standards

* Install and configure computer systems and peripherals

* Ensure proper setup of workstations, including new equipment and upgrades

* Support meeting equipment setup and maintain asset inventory

* Conduct IT inductions and assist in trainings

* Perform standard software installation in accordance with Nestle standards

Key requirements:

* University graduate, preferably in IT or related field

* Experienced in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 11, Windows Server 2016)

* Familiar with Service Desk Systems, LAN/WAN, phone, and printing equipment

* Skilled in resolving hardware/software technical issues

* Comfortable with general IT administration tasks

* A strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset

* Capable of working under pressure and learning quickly

* English speaker at intermediate level (written and spoken)
