You will work in Mondelēz International Digital Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
How you will contribute
Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

Purpose of Role
Providing high-quality Buying Support services to the Procurement Organization
Main Responsibilities
* Performing administrative contract/purchase order creation and maintenance in SAP (e.g. check terms and conditions, check that actions comply with Mondelez standards)
* Logging support queries accurately and in detail within internal system SNOW (e.g. user information, source of queries, description of problem and solution)
* Analyzing and reporting exceptions and if relevant offering recommendations for improvements on process
* Manage relationships with requisitioners and buyers
* Communicating with and supporting local Procurement and Spend area team
* Ensuring SLAs and service obligations are met for the work within scope
* Driving the sustainable continuous improvement process
Career Experiences Required & Role Implications
* University education (bachelor's degree)
* English - Advanced level (B2)
* Microsoft Windows - basic
* SAP - basic
* Great communication skills, pro-activity and ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision

The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
