Job Description & SummaryThe Graduate Program is a one-year structured development program designed for high-potential fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in enterprise technology consulting. Participants will receive comprehensive training and hands-on exposure to leading digital platforms including SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) gaining practical experience in supply chain.
Throughout the program, participants will work closely with experienced consultants, shadowing on real project activities, and develop both technical and business consulting skills. The program aims to build a strong foundation in enterprise systems, business processes, and implementation methodologies.
At the end of the program, high-performing participants who demonstrate strong capabilities, commitment, and potential will be considered for full-time employment opportunities within the team.

Job Responsibilities
* Participate in structured training programs covering SAP TM.
* Support project teams in system implementation, configuration, testing, and documentation activities
* Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions
* Participate in workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Graduate from a reputable university (e.g., AUC, GUC, or equivalent)
* Intermediate German language proficiency (B1-B2 level or equivalent) is highly preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong motivation to learn enterprise technologies and consulting practices
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems or supply chain concepts is considered a plus
