As an insurance broker for Deutsche Telekom, DeteAssekuranz has been the first point of contact for individual and reliable insurance solutions for over three decades. We support our customers with professional expertise and needs-based advice - throughout the Group and for our corporate clients and their diverse insurance requirements.

What you do with us:
As an intern, you will support our IT & Project Management department in day-to-day business, with projects involving modern IT infrastructures and with the revision and introduction of processes.

Operational IT Support
* 1st and 2nd level support (user support, fault acceptance and processing)
* Setting up and providing workstations (clients, smartphones and peripherals)
* Documentation of IT processes and solutions

Cloud & Microsoft 365
* Assistance with the administration of Microsoft 365
* Collaboration in managing devices
* Assistance with automations

Infrastructure & operations
* Carrying out minor maintenance and control tasks
* Assistance in monitoring and analyzing faults

IT projects
* Collaboration on IT projects
* Support with testing and documentation
* Independent transfer of small task packages

What you bring with you:
* Current studies in the area of computer science, business informatics or comparable
* Practical experience in IT

Knowledge in the following areas:
* Windows/client administration
* Microsoft 365
* network

Ideally, initial points of contact with:
* cloud technologies
* IT security
* Structured and independent way of working
* High level of service and customer orientation
* Ability to work in a team and communication skills
* Motivation to learn new technologies

This position is also available on a part-time basis.
