About this Position

What you´ll do

* Work on several digital projects of the Schwarzkopf Retail and Professional world, including CRM, Web apps, websites and tracking
* Take ownership of specific digital projects and steer these independently
* Collaborate with global agencies, countries, brand & digital teams to roll out our digital projects
* Design, analyze and optimize consumer journeys
* Support with SKP CRM campaign planning and execution
* Support on the SKP Loyalty Program Strategy
* Support the Henkel Consumer Brands global AI Technologies team in development & roll-out of global platform/assistants
* Assist on the creation of new channels and content for the AI assistant platform and other digital channels

What makes you a good fit

* Student currently enrolled in Digital Business & Information Technology or Business Administration with focus on digital marketing
* First experiences in the field of digital marketing, CRM or apps are of advantage; Customer Experience and Customer Journey mapping would be a plus
* Fluent English language skills required; knowledge in additional European language(s) is beneficial
* Proficient skills in MS Office
* High digital affinity combined with proactive qualities and an open mindset
* Analytical skills, goal-oriented, reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently
* Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting December 2026 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between EUR1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
