Christian Dior Australia & New Zealand is offering an unpaid internship for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our People & Culture team. This is a fantastic learning opportunity designed to support your studies in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field at an Australian university. As an HR Intern, you'll gain valuable practical experience and insights into the HR operations of a leading luxury Maison. This role will focus on supporting HR administrative processes, complementing your academic knowledge with real-world application.
Qualifications and Experience: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field at an Australian university. Strong academic record. Basic understanding of human resources principles and workplace practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
