1. Conduct market and user research to identify local insights and opportunities; 2. Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns; 3. Assist in cross-functional coordination with design, ops, and merchant teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery; 4. Monitor campaign performance and help summarize key learnings and takeaways

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program; 2. Previous internship or project experience in marketing, content, or growth-related fields is a strong plus; 3. Strong communication, organization, and hands-on problem-solving skills; 4. Familiarity with Gen Z digital culture, local trends, and social platforms in Brazil (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, etc.); 5. Analytical mindset with basic data sense and ability to draw insights from data tools or dashboards; 6. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
