At Planeta DeAgostini, we are looking for a motivated Logistics Intern to support day-to-day transportation and logistics operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain execution, shipment coordination, inventory movements, and operational performance tracking within a dynamic logistics environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with transportation, warehouse, and logistics teams to help ensure efficient product flows, timely deliveries, and high-quality service levels.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the planning, booking, and coordination of transportation activities.
* Monitor shipments and update delivery status information in internal systems.
* Support the management of logistics operations, including inventory movements and returns processing.
* Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of shipments.
* Help investigate and resolve transportation and delivery issues by gathering relevant information and communicating with stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data.
* Support reporting activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with established logistics procedures and documentation requirements.

* Delivery service performance and shipment visibility.
* Accuracy and timeliness of logistics records and updates.
* Efficient handling of transportation exceptions and operational issues.
* Support for inventory and returns management activities.
* Contribution to continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Requisitos

Qualifications
* Current student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or similar
* Previous internship or exposure to logistics operations is a plus but not requiredDegree or equivalent experience in logistics/supply chain
* Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is desirable
* Basic knowledge of logistics operations (transport and returns)
* Excel / data handling skills (basic to intermediate)
* Accuracy and attention to detail in system updates
* Fluent English; Spanish a plus
