What you´ll do

* Support a global Packaging Transparency transformation program
* Engage with international suppliers to collect packaging data
* Coordinate supplier communication and onboarding activities
* Monitor project KPIs and data collection progress
* Consolidate, validate and analyze packaging specification data
* Support development of digital tools and reporting dashboards
* Prepare communication material, trainings and project updates
* Work with Procurement, Sustainability, Packaging Engineering and Digital teams
* Help improve compliance readiness for future sustainability regulations
* Gain hands-on experience in a global strategic procurement project

* Strong communication skills (email, presentations, stakeholder follow-up)
* Excellent Excel skills (data cleaning, tracking, reporting)
* Analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Project management and organizational skills
* Comfortable working with large datasets
* Proactive and self-driven personality
* Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
* Ability to interact professionally with suppliers worldwide
* Digital mindset (Power BI, SharePoint, AI/Copilot, databases are a plus)
* Interest in sustainability, procurement, packaging, or supply chain topics
