Your Impact:
Within the Training team, the Training Intern is supporting the Training Coordinator in the implementation, coordination, communication and reporting of all the different Training Programs across the Benelux.
This role is crucial to the successful execution of all Benelux training projects, with BC development as its core, strengthening capabilities and enhancing the learning experience within the Maison. By supporting training projects, managing communications, and supporting & reporting on all the different training projects and Learning Tools. The role contributes directly to the growth and excellence of the Dior teams & Wholesale teams.
The holder of this position will work closely with the Training Coordinator, Trainers, Marketing and Retail teams, and external partners (Retailers, suppliers).
PROFILE Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field. Experience in retail or luxury environment is a plus.
