THE POSITION
At Guerlain, we are looking for a Product Management intern for a full-time internship starting in January 2027 for 6 months.
Within the Marketing and Retail teams, the Product Management Intern supports the local department in the development and execution of marketing, retail, and education strategies across the Netherlands market. This role is crucial in ensuring successful product launches, accurate forecasting, retail performance monitoring, competitive market analysis, and effective communication between headquarters in Paris and the local team.
Reporting to both the Product Manager and the Commercial & Retail Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Education and external partners to ensure smooth execution. This internship offers a comprehensive and behind-the-scenes introduction to luxury brand marketing and retail within the LVMH Group.
- University (WO) or University of Applied Sciences (HBO) degree, preferably in: Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics. - Fluent in English, Dutch preferred, French is a bonus. - Good computer skills: including Excel and PowerPoint. - Meticulous working method. Retail = Detail. - Driven and proactive attitude. - Analytical, organized, structured, and results-oriented. - Team player, helpful, and enterprising. - Hands-on mentality. - Proactive, enthusiastic, and dynamic. - High degree of independence. - Affinity with cosmetics
