Core Responsibilities: · Provide after-sales support to dealers by handling inquiries related to repairs, service policies, and other service-related matters. · Handle daily operations for dealer service projects, including but not limited to system operations, data analysis, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. · Support the sales operations of DJI Service Products, including data collection and analysis, sales reporting and visualization, periodic store display inspections, and other operational tasks. · Perform other dutiesand projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree or above. · Proficiency in both English and Chinese; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus. · Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. · Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. · Experience in project coordination, project management, or an engineering-related field is a plus
