Job Description:

🔧 What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate test system development projects (from planning to execution)
* Track timelines, budgets, and manage updates throughout the project
* Connect with engineers, partners & other teams - both internally and externally
* Support in capacity planning and logistics
* Own the ordering process - place, coordinate, and document purchase orders for components and samples, track deliveries, and keep the team updated on order status
* Communicate like a pro - keeping everyone in the loop and things running smoothly

Qualifications:

📌 What You Bring
* Active student status (full-time university studies)
* Available for min. 20 hours/week, for at least a year
* Passion for tech and a sharp eye for detail
* Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
* Confident in English, both written and spoken

🌟 Bonus Points
* Background or hands-on experience in engineering, quality, or production (especially in automotive)
* Speaking German is a nice plus
* Familiar with managing or assisting in technical projects
* Experience with purchasing or order-handling tools is a plus
