Job Title: Intern - Real Estate Advisory (Strategic Advisory)

Duration: 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities
* Support execution of feasibility studies, highest & best use analysis, and development advisory mandates
* Conduct primary and secondary market research covering demand-supply, pricing, absorption, and competitive benchmarking
* Contribute to client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategy notes
* Undertake location analysis and site assessments across asset classes (residential, office, retail, mixed-use, alternative assets)
* Analyze macroeconomic, regulatory, and policy trends impacting real estate markets
* Coordinate with internal teams (research, transactions) to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with structured thinking
* Working knowledge of financial analysis and valuation techniques
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and recommendations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Qualifications
* Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related disciplines
