About the team The Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across Indonesia. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience. About this role We are looking for a proactive and creative intern to support our Campaign Operations team. This role combines creative design and operational execution, ensuring campaign communications are delivered effectively and launched according to plan. You will work closely with internal teams to create campaign materials, manage communication schedules, and support campaign execution. Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Design & Communication - Create engaging posters, banners, and promotional materials to communicate campaign information to internal and external stakeholders. - Design visual assets for campaign announcements, updates, and outreach activities. - Ensure all campaign materials are well informed according to guidelines. 2. Campaign Scheduling & Coordination - Organize and maintain campaign schedules across multiple outreach channels. - Coordinate timelines and ensure all campaign activities are planned and executed on schedule. - Track campaign milestones and proactively follow up on pending tasks. 3. Campaign Operations & Configuration - Configure campaign channels and operational settings based on campaign requirements. - Conduct quality checks to ensure all resources are launched accurately and according to plan. - Monitor campaigns launch and support troubleshooting when necessary. - Maintain documentation and records of campaign configurations and schedules

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field. - Experience in student organizations, event planning, campaign management, or content creation. - Basic understanding of digital marketing, campaign operations, or project management tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Portfolio showcasing design work is a plus
