As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Support the operations of Live Internationalization TCNs (TikTok Creator Network) and assist in coordinating and responding to TCN-related requests and needs. - Handle daily follow-ups on TCN issues and feedback on product features; identify common pain points across regional TCNs, optimize solutions, develop SOPs, and document/standardize service approaches and best-practice cases. - Regularly track key performance and operational metrics for TCNs, monitor project progress, and ensure smooth delivery of ongoing initiatives. - Take ownership of localization-related work, including local strategy adaptation and execution. - Participate in cross-functional communication and coordination to improve cross-team collaboration efficiency

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
