Challenging Internship at Bosch Japan! You will get the chance to work for a global player and be a part of a dynamic team where you can gather practical and on-the-job experience with a mix of day-to-day operations and projects. Your task(s) will include:
1.Process Consultant : Support digitalization project management as a core team member, helping to steer projects forward. This includes attending meetings, tracking project progress, managing tasks, and preparing reports.
2.Analyze business processes and data in collaboration with project requesters to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making
3.Contribute to solution development (for candidates with coding skills), including supporting implementation and prototyping of digital solutions

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Required Specialized knowledge:
1.Experience in data-driven problem solving.
2.Experience in taking a leading role within a team or group.
3.Strong interest in digitalization topics such as AI, automation, etc.
4.A communicative, proactive, persistent, and reliable team player.
* Preferred language abilities:
1. Fluent to Native level Japanese
2. Fluent English
* Preferred skills:
1.Experience in coding.
2.Experience in data analysis and reporting.
3.Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools.
* Additionally, you should:
Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months at our company
Be regularly enrolled at a university during the entire internship period
Be flexible, willing and motivated to live and work in a different culture
