Role Overview As a Services Sales Intern, you will support the Services Sales team in driving operational excellence and delivering a positive customer experience. You will assist Sales Representatives with administrative and coordination activities, helping to streamline processes and improve team efficiency. Your primary responsibilities include preparing and tracking quotations, supporting contract renewal activities, maintaining customer and sales records, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and assisting with sales campaigns and reporting. By taking on operational tasks, you will help free up Sales Representatives to focus on customer engagement and business development activities. In this role, you will gain exposure to Schneider Electric's services business, sales processes, and customer support operations. You will learn to use internal systems and tools to support quotation management, data analysis, and sales administration. You will work under the guidance of experienced Sales Representatives and managers, following established processes, policies, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, review, and issuance of customer quotations. Assist with contract renewal tracking and follow-up activities. Maintain and update sales data, customer records, and reporting dashboards. Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for quotations and customer requests. Support sales campaigns, lead management activities, and administrative tasks. Help monitor quotation status and ensure timely submission to customers. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales documentation. Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of sales and customer information in internal systems. Support the sales team with ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Management, or a related field. Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 to 6 months. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong academic performance and involvement in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage. Prior internship, project, or leadership experience is a plus but not required. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling quotations and data. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn about sales and business operations. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with data, systems, and digital tools. Ability to follow established processes while demonstrating initiative when needed.
