What will you do: Apoyar en procesos de reclutamiento de principio a fin para vacantes operativas Publicar vacantes en bolsas de trabajo y redes sociales. Agendar y coordinar entrevistas con candidatos y hiring managers. Llevar seguimiento de candidatos en cada etapa del proceso. Actualizar bases de datos y reportes de reclutamiento. Brindar una excelente experiencia al candidato a lo largo del proceso. Apoyar en ferias de empleo. What skills will make you successful: Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trato con personas. Organización y atención al detalle. Proactividad y sentido de urgencia. Interés genuino por el área de Recursos Humanos y reclutamiento. Capacidad para manejar múltiples vacantes o tareas simultáneamente. Trabajo en equipo y colaboración. Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos. What qualifications will make you successful: Adaptabilidad en entornos dinámicos. Manejo básico de herramientas digitales (Excel, plataformas de reclutamiento). Estudiante activo de carreras como Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afín. Disponibilidad de medio tiempo / tiempo completo según esquema de prácticas. Nivel de inglés básico a intermedio (deseable). Experiencia previa (académica o práctica) en entrevistas, servicio al cliente o actividades administrativas es un plus. *Disponibilidad para trabajar por las mañanas. *Estudiantes con fecha de graduación en mitades de 2027. *100% Presencial *Locación: Planta 3 MTY - Blvd. Apodaca 100, Parque Tecnológico, 66600 Cdad.
