About the opportunity

* Understands the business and/or Marketing process & goals
* Support line supervisor to roll- out the campaign plan for offline communications
* Work with external suppliers and partners to prepare and execute the events
* Work with related internal departments such as finance, procurement for the payment process with supplier/ partners
* Tracking merchandise stock-in and out with up to date data
* Supports and assists supervisor tasks with daily operations
* Ensures the admin tasks & records are up to date
* Develops & maintains positive working relationships with all key shareholders
* Performs other tasks as assigned by line manager

What you need to be successful

* Fresh graduate or current undergraduate student (any discipline).
* Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
* Careful attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Able to work well with others and collaborate effectively in a team.
* Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools to manage data.
* Good organisational skills and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
* Able to solve problems independently and take initiative when needed.
