Your mission will be…

* Support in customer service O2C activities;
* Support the customer service team with daily operations;
* Process and track customer requests in our case management system;
* Assist in documenting customer feedback and service improvements;
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to service quality initiatives.

We are looking for someone with…

* Fluency in the language mentioned in the subject;
* Proficiency in MS Office applications;
* Customer-oriented mindset.
