Intern, Management Support (f/m/x).

What can you expect?

* Support management meetings and All Associate Meetings through agenda preparation, coordination, action tracking, and presentation support.

* Contribute to the implementation of shared service processes, process stabilization, and employee training activities.

* Provide administrative and operational support, including reporting, presentations, business trips, and dealer visits.

* Support business projects and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

* Prepare and analyze key performance reports to support business performance monitoring.

* Assist in market analysis and provide strategic planning support.

* Consolidate weekly Highlights of the Week and ensure timely reporting to the regional organization.

* Support compliance activities by monitoring transactions and assisting with regulatory requirements.

What can we expect?

* Currently enrolled or recently graduated from university (ideally Business, Economics or comparable).

* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

* Fluent in English and Czech.

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

* Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic team in an international environment.

* Driver's license B.

We are looking for you to start asap for a period of 12 months with a gross salary of 38.000 CZK / monthly, full time internship contract.
