About the Team Our Platform User Operations (PUO) Team is responsible for providing instant troubleshooting and consulting services to internal platform users. This position is mainly responsible for: receiving and resolving user queries, communicating with our engineering teams, analyzing and providing the best solutions, maintaining the SOP, writing daily reports, following the escalation process, and providing top-quality user experiences. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Design and develop onboarding and learning programs for platform users, with a focus on creating structured, engaging, and scalable learning experiences. - Create, update, and maintain training content to ensure materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with product or process changes. - Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluation materials to measure learner understanding and training effectiveness. - Support the administration and maintenance of learning content within the LMS, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and up to date. - Use authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and other learning content development tools to create digital learning materials. - Work closely with product trainers to understand product updates, user needs, and business priorities, and translate them into effective learning solutions. - Collect and organize learner feedback, content usage insights, and training data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Support day-to-day project coordination in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while demonstrating accountability and ownership

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field. - Strong interest in learning design, onboarding, training content development, or user education. - Working languages are Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is required primarily to facilitate coordination and communication with Chinese counterpart partners. - Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly and create learner-friendly content. - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Docs/Sheets, or similar tools. - Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including managing and updating training content in response to frequent product iterations. - Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take ownership with guidance. Preferred Qualifications - Internship, project, or academic experience related to instructional design, training, learning content creation, or education. - Familiarity with content authoring tools like Articulate 360, knowledge management, and experience using AI tools is a plus. - Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and incorporating feedback into content updates and improvements
