Interested in working financial services and have an eye for detail, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for bright students to join our 2026 Internship Program within Group Internal Consulting, Predictive and Behavioral Analytics.

You'll Get To

* propose ideas on how we can make improvements to our business; take these ideas and bring them to life problem solve and craft actionable solutions across transformation/integration projects
* present insights internally by transforming complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations
* understand ML algorithms (e.g. XGBoost, Neural Networks) and learning techniques (e.g. supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
* write code in Python and build solutions using common libraries and frameworks (e.g. Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, spaCy)
* solve problems and craft actionable solutions across transformation/integration projects
* manage project's timelines, stakeholders, risks etc.
* develop business acumen and consulting skillset to help advise internal clients across the firm
* build and maintain strong relationships within the Solutions team, Group Functions and Business Divisions
