As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. The Fashion Campaigns & Special Projects team drives key commercial initiatives and campaigns to accelerate growth for the Fashion category on TikTok Shop. We work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Creator, Integrated Campaign team to plan and execute mega campaigns, brand activations, special projects, and strategic initiatives. As a Campaigns & Special Projects Intern, you will support the planning and execution of key commercial campaigns and strategic initiatives within the Fashion category on TikTok Shop. You will gain hands-on experience in campaign management, data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while working closely with internal stakeholders. Through this internship, you will develop a deeper understanding of e-commerce operations, category growth strategies, and how large-scale campaigns drive business impact in a fast-paced digital environment. Responsibilities - Support campaign and project operations based on defined instructions and timelines - Perform data churning, basic data cleaning, consolidation, and summary preparation for campaigns and projects - Track seller submissions, campaign participation, and required deliverables across multiple initiatives - Monitor and update campaign performance trackers and operational dashboards - Coordinate and communicate campaign progress, milestones, and outstanding items to internal stakeholders - Actively follow up and chase sellers or internal teams for pending submissions and action items - Track competitor activities, campaign mechanics, and observable market practices - Prepare simple reports, summaries, and presentation materials to share findings and progress updates - Support ad-hoc operational tasks related to campaigns, projects, and seller operations - Assist with basic visual or graphic materials (e.g. slides, simple creatives, infographics) where required
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Marketing or a related discipline. - Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skills and data-driven thinking with the capability of distilling information for insights & actions, expert on Excel. Preferred Qualifications: - Having project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience in driving complex, cross-functional collaborations is strongly preferred. - Eager to learn and always up to take on new challenges.
