Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities
* Provide support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders
* Create & maintain project documentations & reports
* Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team
* Set-up project meetings and prepare MOM
Other Responsibilities
* Supports Team Leader with adminstration tasks:
* Creating monthly working hour tracking reports
* Maintaining internal team's administrative documentations

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in or graduated from a university program (Economics, Languages, Business Administration, or related field)
* No prior work experience required
* Mandatory: English and Japanese (N3 level and above)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with project management tools
* Strong communication and prioritization skills
* Patient and willing to learn
* Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas
* Ability to work independently
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
