Currently, Park Hyatt Saigon is looking for passionate and ambitious students to join our Culinary Internship Program. We recruit continuously throughout the year to support our Event Kitchen, Fine Dining Kitchen, Bakery, and Pastry operations.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of Hyatt's most iconic luxury hotels. You will work alongside experienced culinary professionals and gain exposure across various kitchen environments, including banquet production, fine dining cuisine, bakery, and pastry, building a strong foundation for a future career in luxury hospitality.

As a Kitchen Intern, you will support the culinary team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations while learning Hyatt's culinary standards, food safety practices, and quality expectations. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, culinary knowledge, teamwork, and understanding of luxury hospitality dining experiences.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Currently pursuing a Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
* Available for a 3-month internship intake
* Strong passion for culinary arts and hospitality
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Eagerness to gain hands-on experience in professional kitchen operations
