As part of our development in Spain, we are looking for a Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) to join our team based in Madrid. You will be part of the credit operations department and play a key role as an interface between clients, business lines, and operating platforms.

Your main missions will be :
- Credit management: Administer credit facilities in various forms (agency, bilateral, syndicated, confirming, factoring, and forfaiting), from onboarding through ongoing monitoring.

- Documentation: Review and analyze legal and internal documentation (contracts, fee sheets, SPPI tests, etc.).

- Daily operations: Support drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, transfers, and sub-participations, as well as monitor fees, funding, and commitments.

- Systems: Book static data for new facilities, amendments, and refinancings; ensure correct execution of SWIFT payments.

- Coordination: Liaise with Back Office, external clients, agents, and participant banks; handle requests from internal and external departments.

- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports and statistics for management and head office.

- Projects: Participate in system migration and development projects related to financing and trade finance operations.

- Audit: Prepare client credit positions for external audit requests.

- Project management: Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the department.

To be eligible for a VIE :
- Be less than 28 years
- Be graduated of Master Degree
- Be EU citizen (Except Spanish)

Are you our future VIE?

You are postgraduate of a Master Degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Project Management is a plus.

Niveau d'expérience minimum

0 - 2 ans

Expérience

A first experience in the Banking sector or in project management is a plus.
