Context & Environment

Join TotalEnergies' Exploration & Production branch and contribute to strategic procurement activities at the heart of industrial operations.
Directly integrated into the Procurement team of TotalEnergies Exploration & Production in Congo, your main responsibilities will be to support the procurement of service contracts related to the affiliate's operations, industrial maintenance activities, and production facilities.

Activities

Main Responsibilities
* Organize meetings with business partners and key stakeholders.
* Contributeto the definition of tendering and contracting strategies.
* Prepareprocurementfiles and tender documentation.
* Launch and manage service tenders.
* Analyze received bids andparticipatein commercial evaluations.
* Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers.
* Preparecontractawardrecommendations.
* Draft contractual documents and ensure their handover to partner teams.
* Participate in supplier evaluations and in updating the supplier database.
* Ensure compliance with procurement, contractual and regulatory procedures.

Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Procurement, Contract Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have an initial experience in procurement covering the full purchasing cycle, ideally within the energy sector or a technical industrial environment.
You have skills in:
* Tender preparation and management;
* Technical and commercial bid analysis;
* Contract and purchase order drafting;
* Negotiation techniques;
* Contract risk management;
* Supplie rmarket analysis.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly:
* Excel;
* PowerPoint;
* Word.

Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
A minimum C1 level in French is required. A B1 to B2 level in English is also expected.
